i have been lifitng weights since i was 15 and took it really seriously my last year of high school to get in my best shape for rugby..now that iam in college i buy my own food and what not...i need professional and helpful advice about how to get as big as possible , to lose fat, for an endomorphic build, cuz i have done research iam just stuck, and i would love anyones advice

thanks get back at me:)

chicken, tuna, oats, brown rice, mixed veggies, and the odd steak here and there when you want a treat.
