I heard in a mag that a secret of the pros is that in off days of training they would eat more calories above than their currently intake on training days to speed up recovery process..is that something wise to do or is better to eat less on off days ?

i try to take in same amount of calories on both training and off days. the only difference i do is ill eat more carbs on my training days oppsed to my off days.. dont get me wrong u need carbs but not as much for ur off days..
