When everyone says they put oats into the shake do you have to cook the oats before? Or do you just put raw oats in?

You blend them up first then put them into a fine powder then in with the other ( junk) lol,,,

You dont necessarily need to put oats in, but what the hell try it.

Raw oats don't taste bad, you can eat them right out of the container like I do. You should mix them to get a smoother consistancy in your drink.
