What do you guys think about juiceing? I bought a Jack lalanne Juicer and I love it. 2 peaches and 3 carrots and you are on a natural high. then take the pulp left over sprinkle a little cinnomon and heat AWESOME! I like it but is it possible too eat too much fruit and vegatables?

doing what you're doing twice a day wouldn't hurt. anymore than that and you're taking time away that could be used to put some veggies in your system, or meats, oats, fish...etc...you want a broad range of nutrients coming in, protein, potassium, vitamins, etc...

The only thing is that you would have to probably eat the pulp with it as well, i'm pretty sure that most of the fiber if not all of it is held in the actual "meat" of the fruit. And without the fiber you'll be having sugar spikes.

If someone can verify or disclaim what I said, please do.
