My goal is to become lean but gain mass. Right now i weigh about 218 lbs. Its not muscle weight, i am new to weight lifting al together. I have gotten a hold of a few books that I have read am reading. the first one I read was golds gym nutrition bible. I am reading muscle logic about the EDT training program. I have been going to the gym but i am just starting/learning. I havent developed any system yet. I work nights so I plan on working out at the gym after work in the mornings mon-fri.

Good for you bro!. Get the basics down first, big muscle groups, smaller muscle groups and form, form, form.. Eat and train..

Take a look at the Training section and the training logs and not to mention the nutrition section. Most everything has been covered in there.

Even if the thread does not apply to your question or needs, 9 times outta 10, we have gone to great lengths to provide even more information than you need.

And of course it stands as no surprise that if you have a question that was not covered in a thread, by all means ask it.

Chris
