There is a big emphasis on nitrogen absorbtion to get the killer "PUMP" at the moment with NO-xplode NANO vapors etc etc but what are the key ingredients in these?? some contain creatine, Arginine, but what did people use before these products(No xplode etc) were available in other words what helps with the pump best????

Exactly my thoughts, it's all bollocks Stick to the basics and i don't think you can go too wrong, some people get caught up in the supplement wirlpool and spend a fortune on all sorts of crap, what people dont realise is most of the time it's not the product that's geting the results its just because they are trying harder and more motivated to make the $50 bottle of piss work any thoughts?????

Maybe I am still new enought that I don't move enough weight to state a difference, but when I use a dose of NaNO Vapor before I feel a ton more responsive and able enegery wise then the days I don't use it.

I think too that we all know that the only supps that really help are the illegal ones, but some people rely on those too much it all depends how far you want to go

hey there, alot of the NO2 products out nowadays are merely hybrids of single ingredients that ppl used to take before and ratio'd out to have more "value" (ie cheaper for them to produce)

the majority of NO2 products are a mix of l-arginine in a variety of forms and bonds (amino acid that is known for vasodialation (pump)). next they have a high amount of a vitamin b blend (usually b6 and b12) for increased blood flow, more vaso work and better nutrient delivery.

so after all this alot of the newer Preworkout intensifiers combine NO2 traits with a creatine blend of a variety of sorts and a stimulant base to add "focus".

So before they just took these ingredients seperatly instead of the convenvience way out of it.

ORRRRR hah just like everyone else said, you could do the exercise with better form, more reps and lift til failure. but i like mixing that ideology with a preworkout mix to give me a jumpstart

the products arent worthless...they can be worth the money if you find a ratio and brand that works for you, can give you a little tweak and edge.

they just package them together, make them stable and sell together for convenience

deacon i agree that most of the supps are not worth paying for, nor do they work as advertised.

the only supps that really do much is your basic stack. beyond that you gotta get in to PH and AAS
