Meal 4 and 5 are okay assuming that is brown rice. At each meal other than post workout you want carbs, protein, and fat. You want 60% of your total calories from carbs, 20% from unsaturated fat, and 1g/lb of protein. You just need more food.

add eggs in to your first meal without a doubt. eggs are a great source of protein, and aminos to get you going in the morning.

Definitely more protein, 'cept for me its also important to know when you are working out. My meals, both before and afer a workout, are the largest of the day, and contain a lot of carbohydrates. That's to both fuel the muscles before the workout and to fill them again after they've done their job.

have casein before bed, 20 g of protein preworkout, and 40 grams post with 110 grams of simple carbs like white rice.

first two meals need more protein, consider eggs or eating a turkey burger for breakfast

Added some stuff in. Your fat intake is a little low in my opinion.

Too many protein shakes you should be getting most of your protein from food.

+1

You should only get in protein shakes when you need to, like in situations where getting a meal isn't possible. And even then you should look for some alternatives. Smoked Turkey Jerky is a great alternative. It has about as much protein as tuna per a serving, 2 grams of fat and 2 grams of carbs per a serving.
