
Base Recipe: For each serving combine 1/2c oatmeal - ! scoop of protein powder - 3/4 egg whites, you can use 1 whole egg if you like, the little bit of fat helps the batter from sticking - 1 - 2 tbsp splenda - 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract - sprinkle of cinnamon or pie slices to taste.
Pancakes & Waffles: I add water slowly while stirring with a fork until I reach a pancake consistency. Then I cook them exactly as I would regular pancakes.
Cookies: I follow the base recipe and I add 1 tbls of almond or peanutbutter. I use less water than for the pancakes so the mixture stays firm like dough. I drop spponfulls on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until they "puff up" about 8 min. I like to eat them warm as they cool they get more chewy.
