When going low carb, and High protein what are the best fats to eat, and how much???

Fats from unsaturated sources: UNSALTED almonds, fish oil, fish, olive oil, omega 3 peanut butter, smart balance butter. How much depends on a few factors. Check out Layne's pre-contest article.
