Ok so i have to say that this chocolate casein from ON is the worst tasting crap ive ever had...

What can i do to make it a little better tasting so downing it isnt like something off fear factor and wont make me wanna throw it all up...

How bad is it? Does it tate like chocolate a little? If so you can ad peanut butter, A scoop of Low fat Vanilla ice cream. Are you mixing with milk or water?

It tastes like chocolate but after ou swallow it leave a weird after taste that was throwing me off. It wasnt like any other protein supplement ive had. Im thinking i will add some vanilla to it and see how that does possibly chocolate surup.

I mix it with water cause that is all i got. I dont see the need of buying milk cause a gallon wouldnt last two days lol.

Thats casein bro. It taste different from the norm. Its thicker and sludgier.

Yeah. One time I made a casein shake and went to anwer the phone and 2 min later it was stuck to the edges of the cup. lol

Just one but I have done 2 before. I take before bed so I mix withmilk add a small scp of low fat vanilla ice cream and iscp of peanutt butter and it make for one hell of a desert night time shake. lol

Yeah ur gonna have to deal with it not tasting so great. I had the same problem when I started using it. Use more water so it doesn't get so thick.

A nice trick with ON Casein is to put your blender on the lowest possible setting, turn it on, then pour the powder in. This keeps it from sticking to the glass.

Like the guys said too, peanut butter will lessen the impact of the bad taste. I'm gonna have to try that vanilla ice cream idea
