How does this look?
1 cap of
anabolic pump at 6:45 AM
Meal 1 at 7:00 AM
2-5 slices of whole wheat bread
1 scoop of whey protein
Fruit
Multivitamin
2 fish oil caps
Meal 2 at 10:00 AM
5-10 egg whites (not cooked I drink it)
Yoplait Light yogurt
1 cup of cheerios
Meal 3 at 1:00 PM (Pre-Workout)
Chicken
Brown rice
Italian dressing or soy sauce
1 scoop of whey protein
Workout
1 cap of anabolic pump after workout
Meal 4 at 4-5 PM (Post-Workout)
BCAA
1 scoop of whey protein
50 carbohydrates from grape juice
Little dextrose mixed in with grape juice
Meal 5 at 6-7 PM
Chicken/fish/steak
Brown rice/ sweet potato
Broccoli
2 fish oil caps
Meal 6 at 10:00 PM
1 scoop of
casein protein
2 tablespoons of natural PB
Skim milk
2 fish oils caps
Little cottage cheese
REPEAT (this is the schedule for Monday-Friday) Sat and Sunday are the same foods but at different times due to earlier workouts.
Other Supplements
During workout drink- Powdered Gatorade mixed with BCAA, glutamine, sometimes creatine if not taken after I work out.

Couple Questions
1. Should I take in casein protein early in the morning with the whey for a fast and slow absorption rate?
2. What would be some good snacks to carry around for in between meals? Maybe some almonds, raisons, cashews, etc?
