Guys, thought i would post this. I ran out of casein and didnt feel like eating peanut butter tonight, so came up with a different shake.

I know, a few carbs before bed arent the greatest, but its not the worst. it could be used at another time during the day.

1 Scoop ON Whey
1/2 Cup Oats
8 oz skim milk
4 oz water
a touch of cinnamon.

great stuff.

i see lots of people putting oats in their shake. doesn't that make it too thick? sounds tasty though.

1/2 cup of oats only has about 27 g carbs
8 oz skim milk has about 18g carbs if im not mistaken, and 8 grams of protein. so the totals would look something like

Protein: 32/33 grams
Carbs: 45grams
