someone told me that there are 20 grams of protein on every 100 grams of any type of meat(beef, chicken, pork, etc), and that every egg has 3-4 grams of protein. Are these true?

ummm,, depending on the Portion of the meat it can be less or more..

Egg whites themselves have 5 to 6 per egg white.. Now that's depending on if the egg is Large.. Med and small will of course be different..

You can purchase or search for a food calorie book, those will give you a complete break down of the calories, protein, fat, carbs.. and what not..

That might be close to general. Chunk light tuna is 56 grams for every 13 grams of protein. For 100 grams of chunk light tuna its a little over 23 grams of protein. But then again thats drained and not more of the water out than just a draining.
