I have been bb for 2 solid months and have been buling the whole time. I am 15% bf and I am doing a mock plan for myself like I am going to compete ina bb show in march of 08.... Is it time for me to cut?? When should I cut and when do I know?

my cut plan goes like so:

Meal 1 - 8 eggwhites, 1 whole, 1/2 cup Oats.

[Cardio]

Meal 2 – Whey Shake

Meal 3 - 1 Can tuna

Meal 4 - Preworkout Shake

[Workout]

Meal 5 - Postworkout Shake, 2 ricecakes

Meal 6 - 5oz Lean Steak, 2cups Mixed Veggies.

Meal 7 - 1/2 Cup, 1% Cottage Cheese, 1 Glass Skim Milk.

Good for you bro..

I have heard that you can start anywhere from 12 to 20 weeks out in cutting.. This gives you time to do it slowly and safetly.. 2 lbs a week is a safe amount to loose.

dieting 20 weeks out is more than enough time bro...i've been dieting now for 11 weeks & i've gone from about 17% at 270lbs to 11% 267lbs within that time...soon to bulk again on the 3rd of september

my diet consists of 5 egg whites 1 tinned tuna & 1 chicken fillet & raw veggies 9 times a day, plus 6 servings of met rx supreme whey in 6 of those meals...i only eat complex carbs (OAT MEAL) in the morning meal & that's all the carbs i have, until PostWO i have some rice cakes with a banana...atm i do cardio everyday & 5-7 lifting sessions a week

i allow myself 3 cheat meals on saturday, then on sunday NO CARBS at all

drink shit loads of cold water

wups,,,i did say i'd post a review on a particular fat burner when i'm on it, i think i really need to now huh??? lol...LEVIATHAN PPL, buy it, it's the SHIT...i've also been taking 6-OXO which is a natural test booster & anti estrogen. i seem to be getting very tight & sharper quicker, the first week on leviathan i dropped so much water bloat...it's definetly worth a try on a cut...how's your diet going chris???
