Hi

Is eating a lot of bread a good thing ?

Because I don't see some diets advising it.

Thanks

Well if your eating whole wheat or a true mulit grain wheat bread, yes its good for you body,, just not plain White bread..

Just not a Loaf a day of it.. but in moderation yes, obviously you want to eat whole wheat bread.

Chris

My body looks a lot better without bread in my diet. There are much better carbs than bread.

True, whole grain is better. But as the boys already stated there are mcuh better carb sources than bread: Rice, Potatoes, yams, most cereals. you get the idea.

Amen Chris. I eat about 4 slices of bread before my workout and oatmeal after. I find that bread has a great energ source for me in the morning.

That sounds okay bro. I prefer 12 grain bread because it tastes better, but what ever you like
