losing fat in 1 week

i did'nt know if to post this here or in training..(i will post there to)
well seing it first time i'm going to cmpetion and first time i dieted down.... the thing fucked up....
why?! god knows....
any how i have to loose at least 2% bodyfat
and to loose allot of water that i'm retaining.
i'm gonna take those things that make you piss allot
and i taking these pills that take water from under the skin and puts it under/inside the muscle. i know what they are i just don't know how there called in eanglish.
i cut down also to half a liter of water a day.
just wanna what else to do beacuse i need to lose some more body fat and water retention.
please guyes help me
if i can get more definition in this week than i can rank the top 3!!! (this is nationaly)

DON'T depleat water levels, keep drinking alot of it...
eat near to NO CARBS...
keep on taking diuretics to remove excess water from the body...next time start dieting 20 weeks out, 2% in 1 week is gonna be VERY HARD & harsh to your body

yeah i know this is kinda nutz....
and about 3 days before competion i do carbohydrate loading....
i why not to try to keep loosing water?
if i dryer i will get more ripped no?

No. Water comprises up to somewhere around 70-80 percent of the volume of your muscles. "water depleting" if you picked it up in flex is their no so subtle way to explain (lie) why pros that juice, bloat so much.

If you try to drink very little water you will physially suffer.

You also have to think about what depleting water will do to your bodies reaction with water. Push it too much one way and you'll wind up retaining.

you can lose water retention more safely by taking a natural diuretic like teraxatone or water shed...STILL DRINK ALLLLLOT OF WATER, DO NOT WATER DEPLEAT

ok..... and no carbs until the competetion?

although i think that i'm donefor..
i have to much to loose for one week.
