hi folks just a quick question : when u r goin ' to do a carb& load phase for a BBing show or just to good look on da beach ..on the 3 day load phase..how much ratio of protein:carb is it good cuz its hard to digest protein for da stomach being depleted of water
personally...i dont think you should ever let your body be depleted of water...even before shows. protein vs carbs would be about 250gram protein vs 200 gram carbs.
alot of people disagree with drinking alot of water before shows though
