ok im 194lbs 9% body fat i dont take sugar during the day only after hitting the weights i only take in sugar from fruit like a couple of bananas,i allso keep my sodium intake extremly low and strickly eat complex carbs and proteins through out the day in order to keep my insulin levels at at a steady pace,now to the question in hand ive been putting 2 tea spoon cajun seasoning into my tuna with brown rice, and one of the seasoning out of many other herbs is sea salt and brown sugar now would 2 tea spoons of this shit spike my insulin levels?
probably not, brown sugar as a lot less carbs in it then white sugar and 2 teaspoons of a season that contains brown sugar isnt going to do anything except make your tuna taste better.
