hi im 14 years old and 5'2 and weigh 100-105 pounds i wanna bulk and gain muscle so how much protein and carbs do i need and i cnt cook for shit so what good food do i need down my system wb

and i do weights 5 times a week and cardio 2 times a week i normaly do sets of 15 for each excerise and then do 4-6 sets of 8 reps to pack on mass and someone put a meal plan i should eat for the day thxs

hey man, do a search on the forum about bulking. there are numerous articles about what totals of carbs/protein/fat you should be eating. if you have any questions after you have learned a little about bulking, ask away. were all here to help you!

the important thing is eating every 2.5 to 3 hours... for what you should be eating, that's not my field but a guy like thefreak could help a lot

so every 2.5-3 hours some meals can be sakes and others meals

Yep but don't get too reliant on the shakes and if you buy a weight gainer check the sugar and fillers.
