I have the same stats as you and I am currently cutting. My meal plan goes:

Meal 1 - Whey Shake

[Cardio]

Meal 2 - 8 eggwhites, 1 whole, 1/2 cup Oats.

Meal 3 - 1 Can tuna

Meal 4 - Preworkout Shake

[Workout]

Meal 5 - Postworkout Shake, 2 ricecakes w/ 1 tablespoon Jelly on each.

Meal 6 - 5oz Lean Steak, 2cups Mixed Veggies.

Meal 7 - 1/2 Cup, 1% Cottage Cheese, 1 Glass Skim Milk.

Thats how mine goes as of now.

I will be reducing the calories soon.

cmichael5 don't cut down real quick subtract 250 first from your total caloric intake each day then up it to 500 the following week.. You want to safely loose 2 lbs a week that cutting out 7000 calories, remember a lb of fat is 3500 calories.. Doing it safely will be alot better on your system.. Weight yourself every monday or every other monday..

Best of luck bro

Chris

on cuts, stick to fish...treat yourself to 1 fat meal a day like steak or chicken...drop calorie intakes by 500 calories first by cutting out carbs & only eating them at vital parts of the day like with your first meal & PostWO & PreWO...that's it

meal 1 - oatmeal, egg whites, whey
meals 2-4 - fish & veggies
meal 5 PreWO - whey, a bit of brown rice
meal 6 PostWO - 2slices of white bread, whey
meal 7 - steak, veggies
meal 8 - casein in semi skimmed milk...COTTAGE CHEESE ON CUTS IS A NO GO

depending on how your body is looking throughout the weeks, add or subtract more carbs, or push calorie intake up or down with more proteins if need be...make sense???

have to disagree the white bread IMO is the wrong kinda carbs to get.At lest go with whole wheat if you have to have bread but a sweet potatoe or brown rice would be better.

lol, that's for PostWO kaboom bro...you need fast acting carbs at this time, white bread is one of them, brown rice PostWO is not a good carb to have after training...
ok stick with rice cakes if you like...but this is only an example, lol
