I've never really explored meal replacements besides true mass, so that's the only one I can really talk about... but it works well but is a bit pricey

I used Cyto-Gainer i cant remember the Stats on it but I remember it only had 6 grams of Sugar, and it only used complex carbs in it.

if your school market has fat free milk buy that and mix with the protein. One cup of milk provides 12 grams carbs. I also buy dried fruit at my local organic foods market and carry some around in ziplock bags. Bear Naked granola is good choice (uses honey instead of sugar, but still eat in moderation if you're really watching the simple carb intake). Those are some things that have worked really well for me while at school

Every single day in High school I went down to 'el Tescos and bought 2 of their small size skimmed milk and just added it to my pre-weighed out protien and creatine mix. I felt eating proper mass before the end of the day workout just bogged me down, so I stuck to small ammounts of carbs and protiens whenever I could munch on it.

I would recommend Cyto-Gainer or Cell Mass. SizeOn! though by Gaspari I've heard is REALLY good. A lot of stuff by some of the sponsors on BBD are quite good as well, as far as I've heard from testimonials.

Good Protein Shake:

1-1.5 Cups of Oats
1-1.5 scoops of protein (Optimum 100% or Dymatize Elite)
1-2 Tablespoons of All Natural Peanut Butter

mix with milk or water = good.

put a cup of raw oats in a coffee grinder, then put that oat powder in with your protein powder. Its not bad at all.

bring some kool-aid with you or put it in your shaker cup with the protein shake and that should give you the same kind of carbs/calories you can expect in most mass shakes. you can also buy some straight carb powder its like 30 g carbs per scoop and there slow not fast acting carbs so if your watching bdy fat or not u have two options that should make life easier for you.
