Try HIT, Strongman, and/or DoggCrapp. Those are good for gaining muscle. The strongman isn't the best to start with as it's difficult to do if you do not posses a certain level of strength already. Try HIT or DC. Check some bodybuilder's off-season workouts. They are usualy pretty good for mass gaining as well. Ask bbdude, Chrispghmuscle, or freak350 for nutrition as they are all on the road to 200.

Umm, I know there are some in the training section. If you look at Ronnie Coleman's Relentless DVD, Markus Ruhl's Made In Germany, I think he does some off season stuff. I would eve look at some World's Strongest Man competitor's videos. There whole workout is INTENSE! Pudzianowski is one who I think has a video.

Your body takes time to adapt, give it time. Post your diet; keep it detailed and organized! DON'T USE PRO'S ROUTINES OR DIETS! REPEAT. DO NOT USE PRO'S ROUTINES OR DIETS. Your diet is the most likely reason why you aren't gaining. Post your training program too!

Just to clarify, I didn't mean follow it to a T, more like use it as guide-lines. But diet is more important.
