Hello there i have a dilemma, I have always taken whay protein that is high in protein, low in carbs,
(nutrisport90+) I have alays taken this because i don't want to get fatter, to make more gains at the gym do i need to supplement a weight gainer to give me the extra energy to carry on making gains muscle wise at present i am 6ft and 200lbs your opinions will be gretly received cheers

Yo dude if you bulking you should be on a higher carb diet to go along with the high protein. You will gain fat no matter what when bulking, but if done right you can keep it minimal. I would suggest to bulk for 2 months then cut for 1. You are able to stay lean and gain mass at the same time.

I train 6 days an hour a time i train pretty heavy 8-10 reps 4 sets i do full body 3 times a week workout (2 in arnie encylopedia) I have 3/4 shakes a day 1 in , morning 1 before training 1 after 1 before bed i take 4 weetabix to work tin tuna with pasta salad, fruit for tea i have balanced meal with
veg
potaoes/Pasta/rice
meat or fish
any ideas???
