good to see another college kid chris. i'm going in my senior year and all together throughout my (so far) 3 years in college i've gained about 30lbs of solid mass. perfected my diet sophmore year which is exactly where you're at. bring a lunchbox and stack that box full of goodies, apples, oranges, 2 cups of cottage cheese and some blueberrys, bring a gallon jug of water, drink your protein shakes, maintain a steady diet and have 6 meals a day. with college you can eat while in class, and thats exactly what i do. its tough though to eat clean while in college but just keeping tabs on no fast food, and cheats will keep you in check. your body will grow alot within these next few years. keep it clean, and you'll grow faster. pasta is great, small sandwiches, deli meat, yogurt, whatever u can find thats clean... and the hardest part is finding the time to lift, set a schedule and keep to it...growth comes with consistency |
