rice krispies vs. rice cakes

I went to the supermarket yesterday to stock up on some things. I read that rice cakes have a very high glycemic load so i planned on buying some for post-workout. problem is my supermarket didnt have any atleast i didnt find any under the oats and quaker section. however i bought rice krispies original. Is there a difference?

DO NOT EAT RICE KRISPIES! Partially hydrogenated soybean oil. White rice or dextrose will be just fine.

the ingredients in rice krispies are different than rice cakes. partially hydrogenated oils are no good. stick to what freak said.
