I've been making this same exact shake everyday for a couple of weeks because i love it so much.

Things Needed:

- Vanilla ON Whey
- Blender
- Milk
- Frozen strawberries (you can use fresh strawberries but frozen works better because the fresh ones spoil after a few days)

I usually put 2 scoops of whey with 4-5 strawberries and enough milk to keep it from being too thick.

The protein shake looks like it would be good for post-workout.
