Hello guys

I'm looking for some suggestions for snack food low in cal and low in suger. i'm trying to keep my cals at 2200 but my body seems to want to snack. I don't want to gain fat.

You should be eating 7-8 meals per day depending on your body type. Are you endo, ecto, or meso?

Having those smaller meals throughout the day should help curb cravings. Pick your favorite veggies and eat away even if they aren't on your diet they have virtually no calories and are nutrient dense.
