post workout I always eat Peanut butter with no (hydrogenated oils) of course and a simple carb... are the fats in the PB a bad idea post workout?? thoughts??
Not in the PWO meal, you want whey protein, glutemine, creatine and a simple carb, unsweetneed apple sauce or a plain rice cake for fast absorbtion.. Other than those times,, use the serving

Kick the peanut butter to the curb bro. You have no business consuming peanut butter after a workout, period. Eating something that fatty will slow the rate at which insulin is released, and why would you want that after a workout when you want the discharge rate to be its fastest? Use some common sense... never mix your carbs and fats together in the same meal...ever! And certainly not PWO.
Other than the pre / post workout meal , the omega3 peanut butter is much better than the regular.. Granted you need to consume conservatively. But its a healthier fat than most of the garbage out there currently.
