A good baseline for bulking is to consume 1.5 g/lb protein, 20-25% of your total daily calorie intake in EFA's and the remainder should be carbs.
Since you weigh 135, this is where i'd start:
Calories: 2700
Protein: 205g
Fat: 75g
Carbs: 300g
