what to drink with meals

what would be best to drink during a meal? skim milk, green tea, or water? i drink water all throughout the day in between meals. im also currently bulking. if you know of any other drinks that would be better than these let me know

Milk and water are about the best, but if you bulking drink the milk for the calories and protein, not to mention the other nutritients also.

Or you could drink a whey protein shake an up the anty on calories and protein ,,I mean your bulking so why not..

well said chris, mornings i have also orange juice or apple juice, get some nutrients and vitamin c that way with my meal. green teas great to cleanse the body and speed up your metabolism for fat loss.

thx bro i think ill stick with milk i think i would be overloading on protein if i drank a shake every time i ate plus the fish and chicken every meal would really add up lol

im actually gonna start doing that come september 1st...speaking about that do you know how many grams of carbs you need per bodyweight for bulking?

A good baseline for bulking is to consume 1.5 g/lb protein, 20-25% of your total daily calorie intake in EFA's and the remainder should be carbs.

Since you weigh 135, this is where i'd start:

Calories: 2700
Protein: 205g
Fat: 75g
Carbs: 300g

Give that a shot and see what kind of results you get. Learn what it takes for your body to grow and feel free to make changes accordingly.
