Okay I am currently 195.... I am trying to bulk around 205....... how much does it matter what I eat to do it? This doesnt mean eating garbage like Ice Cream, candy, simple sugars, little to no simple carbs only complex...

Advice?? from all you experienced bulkers!

well if you want to not gain alot of fat but gain muscle then you should eat alot of meats where you can get amino acids,(Beef, Chicken, Eggs, Dairy products) for your protein. For carbs stick with whole wheats, oats, eat simple carbs right after your workouts with your protein shake. Eat 6-8 meals a day with each meal consisting of around 500 calories. Dont forget to eat your veggies too.

Hope that helps a bit.

Yah man 12 is a good bulking % once you get to like 15-16 I would consider a cut untill you get to 10% then back to the bulk again.
