I want to start by letting you all know im taking a break for recovery so that when september 1st comes along i can start fresh..i must admit that i have only gotten really serious about bodybuilding over the summer. I would put in all that dedication to diet and exercise if i could but teh summer really prevents me from doing so with all the trips and staying up late and waking up late and going out all the time. i know this isnt the right path to go which is why im starting fresh and really giving it all ive got come september. Now for my diet help:

I am 5'5--135lbs--lean muscular around 15-18%bodyfat

i recently went to a calorie calculator and i put in the weight that i would like to accomplish which is 150 lbs. It says i burn 2253 a day if i weighed 150 so im guessing i need to take that in to get at 150. It says i need

Protein Grams: 132 Grams Per Day.
Protein Calories: 528 Protein Calories Per Day.

Fat Grams: 38 Grams Per Day.
Fat Calories: 338 Protein Calories Per Day.

Carbohydrate Grams: 347 Grams Per Day.
Carbohydrate Calories: 1387 Carb Calories Per Day.

i dont know if this is all right. I am trying to buk not cut..i will cut when summer comes around. GUYS WHAT I NEED HELP ON IS IS THIS INFO ALL TRUE? DO I NEED MORE?LESS? HOW DO I ARRANGE ALL THIS INTO MEALS A DAY? AM I GOING TO HAVE TO MEASURE AND WEIGH ALL MY FOOD? IF SO HOW? THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS IM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO MAKING THE BIGGEST GAINS OF MY LIFE

Yah dude if you want accurate results then you should weigh/measure your food. The diet seems fine, but I would get more protein in your diet.

With each meal that you are having meat.(should be around 3 or more times a day) Have 8oz of whatever meat you are having. For carbs try for 1cup of either rice, oats, or whole wheat bread(2 slices). Make sure you eaty your fruits and veggies with your meals as well. Try to get most of your fat from unsaturated sources, oils are a really good source.

Hope this helps a bit.
