i'm just wondering if anyone else is like ADDICTED to green tea....like the real green tea.
and is it ok to drink like 2-3 cups a day of the shit

I drink a lot of Arizona Green Tea in the tall cans. I used to drink it every day until the place where they stocked it stopped ordering it.

I used to have it in the morning when I was doing a system detox, like 3 years ago. I lost my taste for it though.

I drink it often, to my knowledge it's ok to drink several cups a day. Read an article in here awhile back where they did studies that found 2-4 cups of coffee is good for you, but don't go over that (in a day). They were focusing on the caffiene aspect, so at least you know you'll be fine in that regard since green tea has less.

green tea is very good for you,, it has anti-oxidants in it for your body..also it is considered a form of water for your body, unlike coffee or regular tea. Drink up.. just dont go overboard on it..

gotta watch out... those types of drinks contain High fructose corn syrup or similar variations....
