I just read that it is bad to do cardio on days that you weight train? Is this correct? I have been for the last 2 months....am I messing up?

what are your goals as far as bodybuilding wise, you trying to cut and lean down, or gain muscle and get bigger.

correct, increase your calorie intake. as said in many forums try 6-8 meals a day to keep your metabolism up. light cardio, 15-20 minutes or so preferrably on off days, train each body part every 3-4 days to allow optimal time for growth. how you split is entirely up to you. im taking in about 3000 calories a day and i actually knock out my cardio before my wo's. just my own personal thing, 15-20 minutes 3 times a week.

Guys.... lets see here....... I am kinda naive I guess. My goals are to compete under 200lbs (on stage) so do I need gain mass and weigh well over that then cut to my desired under 200 weight?
