I use coffee as a preworkout boost all the time. I usually just pick one up on the way to the gym.

Definitely a good preWO boost. I take a shaker cup with me to work everyday and have a small tub of ON Chocolate there that I use. On my way to the gym I fill half of it up with water and the rest coffee. Tastes just like a mocha. I'm with kirklab, I need that little jolt after sitting at the desk for 8 hours
