ok so heres the problem

my mom keeps saying that shes spending too much money at our local grocery store on all the supplies i need to meet my bodybuilding goals

i do have a costco and a sams club around near me, and was just curious if any of you guys shop there for your stuff..and if you really do save money over a regular grocery store

and if you dont use costco, where do you guys shop for your food?

basically, its almost like lets say, where the actual grocerie stores buy their stuff so they can resell the stuff they bought

6 boneless skinless salmon 16.99
12 talapia fish fillets or loins for 12.99
8 cod loins 12.99

I buy the cheap ass steak at ralphs or vons which is better for you because its leaner. They are only like 1.95 each.
