Hey guys well its about that time again... All of us college athletes will be shipping off to he11! So that mean few choices on food. Any ways heres what im thinkin. And not sure if you need it but im 6 foot, 200lbs. If you need anything else let me now.

7:00 A.m.-
One plate scrambled eggs... Not sure how much that is but is good enough for me.(I HATE EGGS WITH A PASHION!)
One bowl fried potatos
Medium Apple!

9:30-10:00 A.m
2Scoops On Whey shake.
Nutrigran bar lol.

11:30-12:00 A.m.-
Not sure what the lunch room will have in terms of protien. Most of the time its chicken or some fatty beef, I can always just get a hamburger and not eat the bun. That almost always have some sort of pasta also. But will have access to a salad bar Yummy!

1:00-5:30 P.m.-
Problem area guys! I Have baseball practice in this time and am pretty much unable to eat anything... Due to the fact if we piss off the coach he runs us till we puke. Any ideas? I was thinking a power bar or something nothing to heavy.

6:00 P.m.(Pre-Work Out Meal)-
Same as lunch time meal never now whats there...

7:00-8:00 P.m.(Work Out)-
*Post Work Out meal 8:05-8:15..
2Scoops On Whey
Apple sauce
Maybe something else any ideas?

10:00 P.m.- Should i add one more meal before i go to bed?

My aim was for at least 225G protien.
Not sure on carbs i need while bulking.

You need to eat some more whole wheats, try drinking a protein shake before practice. During your practices drink alot of gatorate or some sort of sport drink. For your bedtime meal you should eat some cottage cheese. Or take a protein shake with milk.

personally i went through d2 soccer, and our practices were hell...preseason was a bitch with 3 a days, i love 5 lbs in that week. but anyway i ate junk food just to get the carbs and calories in me. you cant eat right while during preseason, your just not going to physically be able to. college athletics is hell your right, but go ahead and cheat a couple times, you need that fat just so that your body isnt tearing down muscle because you dont have any food in your system. and the most important this is drink plenty of protein and shakes. if unhydrated, drink pedialyte.
