hi guys, if i use cytogainer to gain some calories, and say i gain like 5 lbs. after the cytogainer is all used up, and i cant afford to get another tub, that means i have to eat real food more because of the weight that i gained (to maintain the new weight that i have aquired) but i can't fit in those meals in my day, so... do i lose the weight that i gained if i cant meet the calories that i need to maintain it? sorry if this is too long and confusing, but any comments and suggestions would be appreciated

Yes, you need to keep your calories/protein intake around the same..
so if you cant eat alot during the day or make more meals. then just eat higher calory meals when you do eat..Eat alot of apple sauce and type of meat, or chicken. Pudding, OATMEAL, fish.

There ya go
anymore questions feel free to ask

buy more weight gainer at one time if you are worried. in my experience the only thing you will be losing is your mind cos you're too busy worrying about losing the weight you put on...SO, bro, aslong as you keep your diet & training good & consistant you won't lose nothing, just a slower process in putting more weight on, that's all
