It's not a complete failure, but it leaves a little to be desired. I mixed my oats (25g carbs, 2.5g fat, maybe 1g protien) with my choco protein shake (20g protein, 5g carbs, 2.5g fat) for breakfast. I figured it would be easier than having a shake + oatmeal.
meh, it wasn't great.
I think tomorrow I'll go back to mixing eggs into the oatmeal (cooked eggs) with pepper. That tastes better.
any other breakfasts strategies for protein and carbs? |
