Hey everyone I"m currently trying to cut body fat and maintain muslce. Here are my stats first:

5' 11", 24yrs old, 175lbs

Here is what exactly I ate today. Now what you see for breakfast is the same everyday. however my lunch is usually skinless, bonless chicken breast meat chunks which equal about 55 gram of protein and 350 cals. And of course my carb source for lunch changes daily from whole wheat toritllaa to brown rice to sweet potatoe. Same for dinner it vaires every day. But one thing that stays the same is I only have a protein source and a green leafy veggie for dinner no carbs. I also have about 15 almonds with my lunch as well. But Heres a basic idea of what i eat calorie wise, etc. Am I eating too much, not enough, what? Because I cannot seem to lose this last bit of stomach fat and chest fat. And I'm really strict with my diet, etc. Here's my diet, please critique, cut up whatever. I need some help. This only equals 3 meals a day, I try to space it out every 3 hours but I can't seem to do so. All help and criticism is wanted. Also keep in mind I used to weigh 265lbs but lost 90 lbs over the last 3 years. I'm very sensitive when it comes to food, I gain fat just looking at it.

My exercise schedule is as follows:
Day 1-Chest/Tris
Day2--Cardio &Abs
Day3-Bi/Back
Day4-Shoulders/Traps
Day5-Legs
Day6-Cardio &Abs

Dude, If you want to speed up your metabolism, you've gotta eat more than 3 meals a day... Your'e going low on cabrs, and high on protein so that's good... Also on Your training you should do more cardio since you want to cut bf... Other than that you're on your way if you have the determination it takes :)

I agree, you defenently need more than three meals a day, you need to eat at least 5-6 meals a day, this keeps your matabolism running at a high rate all day, constantly breaking down food and if your matabolism is running high then that means more chances for fat loss. Trust me, I know it's hard to get in that many meals a day man. I'm cutting also, I have a crazy work schedule but i still find ways to get in 6-7 meals a day, pre-cooking your meals and packing them with you helps. Also if you really want to drop this last bit of bf, keep your carb intake to leafy vegatables and oats-prewo.. and loads of cardio, good luck

Ok thanks for the tips. But are my calories right? or do they need to be higher or lower?

And also should I do HIIT cardio or just steady state cardio?

If your only eating 3 meals a day chances are your not eating enough calories actually, and do HIT cardio on off days, eg. days when you don't lift.
