i was eating my eggwhites for breakfast and suddenly i started to feel a bit woozy...and my heart started to race...i didnt do any treatments for my lungs prior to breakfast..so that couldnt be the reason for my heart racing...my 1st instinct was that i was low on sugar...so i grabbed 2 fruit and nut granola bars to see if that helped..and it did..

incase this ever happens again..can anybody give me some sources for natural sugars that arent bad..but will get me back to feeling ok?anything will be appreciated

Yeah when you work out all the time and have a nutrition routine depleation in carbs and sugar will make you feel like shit quick.

Dextrose is a good source, juice, bananas. You can buy some dextrose dirt cheap. I think its like 3-4 dollars for a months supply.

You should really go see a doctor if that happens again. It could be a sign of diabeties or hypoglycemia better safe then sorry
