I'm cutting up right now and was curious about how many carbs per day I should have...my friend says around 200 or less and to alternate....I'm 5'9, around 255...

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Biggn

Thanks man, most of mine come from oatmeal, veggies, fruit and rice. I would love to hear more from people as well.

I also plan on keeping my protein around 1.5g/lb while cutting.

Thanks,

Biggn

Yeah I would say 180-to 200 but listen to your body as well because if your still training hard and go to low you should feel like shit. Then just tweak a little. When I cut I keep it at around 180. I am 220 right now but 205 lean. 5'9

make sure you eat your carbs earlier on in the day, and none 3-4 hours before going to bed.
