dude im not trying to be an asshole at all but for your abbs to even show you need to be at 10%bf if you want abbs like aceplumbing you gotta get down under 7% you have about 35 days to lose 10% of your body fat thats 15.7 pounds of fat. I guess it is possible but it will be EXTREMELY hard to do. And losing that much weight that fast you WILL lose muscle mass. If your are already on a KETO diet I would say continue that and do ZERO carbs!! and cardio twice a day minimum, 3 times if you can. But doing this YOU WILL LOSE MUSCLE MASS ALSO. AND NO ALCOHOL!!

I just reread you initial post if you 5,10 and 157 unless you have a VERY tiny bone structure and very low muscle mass there is NO way you are at 20% BF

^^^ yer thats what i was thinking, but as cook said your going to have to keep on that diet, and do a lot of cardio. Also losing a lot of weight quickly isn't the healthiest option, so reconsider your goals. Do you really need to lose it before school
