im trying to get down to around 8 % body fat...right now im 13%...i weigh 150..so i need to lose a good 10 lbs..im trying to eat 6 smaller meals a day...i was wondering if having more sodium in my foods with protein would make me feel more full..because the sodium would bloat me to make me feel like im full

veggies veggies veggies! Eat a lot and eat em often. Drink a ton of water too, often thirst is mistaken for hunger, and it'll fill up room in your stomach.

I wouldn't suggest the whole extra sodium thing.

the sodium thing probably isnt the best idea like said before.

cut your carbs, up your protein intake to limit a decrease in muscle mass and do some cardio. it will drop my friend

The sodium will make your body bloat up, not fill you up really. I always put salt or hotsauce on food just for the flavor but it never fills me up.

Water or lettuce, or other vegetables that fill you up without packing in the calories.

theres no diet for abs i think that sound stupid you just train and sweat alot and they will show but to get them harder you need to do the sit ups routines of course. but theres just training and dieting you need to do not anything special for the abs i even know that already.
