Animal PAK WORKS?

I am about buying animal pak...but i want to know if it works...and what is the result of it

It's an expensive multivitamin. Thats pretty much it. Its much more cost effective to just diet normally and buy a regular multivitamin, flax seed oil, bcaas.

animal pak works great! i'm in my 3rd can. I use it 30 mins before my workout in the morning.

This should be in the supplement section. I personally think Animal Pak is overpriced.

yea its awesome, talked about putting a blacklight to it while you piss, how sweet would that be!!!! blacklight lit bathroom...awesome!!!

Like on 60 minutes when they take a black light to a room to see all the "stains". Could you imagine if they did that shit to a bodybuilder's bathroom that took Pak? lol
