I don't know if I should take creatine and my 3 whey protein shakes of 25g each on my non workout days?

Any info would be appreciated!
Thanks a lot

off days cut carbs & proteins...depending on how big your are determines how much you need to cut them...

for example i'm 270lbs, i eat 600-800g carbs & 500g protein during bulk on a training day. on off days i cut carbs down to 300g & protein to 200-300g daily
