Yes but try not to miss meals. It's down to proper planing. If I am trying to gain weight but am missing meals then I don't stand a chance.

I dont because most of my meals are meadured. So I get used to only eating so much. Any more and I feel like I am going to explode. Your body is only going to be able to digest a certain amount in X amount of time. If its clean food, it will get digest quick and processed out in under 12 hours. I dont see how and extra checken breast or so will get absorbed properly within that time. Waste to me. Could be wrong though.

i plan my meals...if i miss one(which is hardly ever) i'd just have some milk & banana's...

if you fail to plan, you plan to fail...FOOD IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS TRAINING IS

Well put bro.^^^

JCVD another thing you can do is if you miss a meal eat you regular meal but drink a whey protein shake or large glass of milk like LBJ said because you know the protein shake is going to absorb within 30 min and your food will take within 3 hour to digest. Just a thought of how to utilive more of the protein insteading of waisting.
