If I'm on the road and need food bad, I go to Wendy's and dig into a grilled chicken with out the bun and a potato and sometimes a chili. Jay Cutler himself said some where if he is ever stuck somewhere in need of food, he will eat a grilled chicken and a potato from Wendy's. Didn't say anything about the chili though. They make that chili from the burger patties though, which I'm sure aren't very lean. But if you aren't eating them everyday, I'm sure it would be just fine.

i totaled it up one day...

at school, if i was pressed for time, cash, or resources etc. i would get a chicken blt sald with low fat dressing and a chili. it was an adequate substitution, but not something i would rely on

I wouldn't eat it everyday, but I'm sure it won't kill you. Ever see Man vs. Wild, yeah check out what that guy eats on that discovery channel show.

the meat in the chili is the burnt left over burgers after a full day of sitting in a bucket. which is re frozen and re heated up and cut and mashed. then put in the chili. my freinds a manager for them haha ive seen it first hand.
