BCAA's and Cellmass

I know that Amino acids compete for absorption, but I'm a bit confused here.

I take my cellmass immediately after my workout on an empty stomach so it absorbs better, but I also take my BCAA's. Do you think that the BCAA, and the glutamine/CEE in the cellmass don't get absorped that well when combined?

i wouldnt take bcaa's post workout, only beacuse i think two scoops of ON 100% Whey have enough bcaa in it.
any other time i would use mybcaa's.

that doesnt answer your questions, but im just giving you another way to get rid of your problem or question lol

Lbj, Justlift-

you think i should tak emy cellmass, drive the 20 minutes home from the g ym, then take my bcaas with my whey?

I don't use ON for post workout, i use a small MRP packet filled with whey, caseine etc. It's fortified with BCAA's though, but i always take the extra pills cause their are no side effects besides upset stomach and i dont get that.

yeah it should be a sticky lbj. it is very debatable
i think it all depends on how you feel. if the ON or whatever type of whey/casein blend you are taking with the bcaa's alraedy in it works dont use outside bcaa supps. however if you find yourself not getting any benefits or if your a bigger guy (say 260 lbs haha lbj) you might need those extra bcaas.

if you take a lot of your supplements(fish oil, multi vitamin, joint support) in the morning at breakfast and at nite all of those plus zma at the same tiime can they get absorbed or should you take like them throughout the day spreading them out

fish oil will delay absorption with protein powders, but bcaas can be taken with food considering they are found in food. CEE is just supposed to be taken on an empty stomach, and calcium can hurt the absorption of ZMA, so it's hard to get the ZMA in and the casein
