cellmass, drive the 20 minutes home from the g ym, then take my bcaas with my whey?
I don't use ON for post workout, i use a small MRP packet filled with whey, caseine etc. It's fortified with BCAA's though, but i always take the extra pills cause their are no side effects besides upset stomach and i dont get that.
