What are some good fast acting carbs that are good to take in during your preworkout meal?

Thanks

You don't want fast acting carbs in your pre-workout meal. You want complex carbs 2-3 hrs. before your workout.

Use dextrose, white bread, or white rice for pwo.

Uh, last time I checked, people were using fast acting carbs before working out too. Ive read it in dozens of mags, and have been doing it since Ive been training. Simple/complex mix works great.

For some reason that sounds condescending...

I do not agree with the people who use fast acting carbs before a workout. I do not want to have low blood sugar during my workout.
